3.5 Account Ownership. Your AH999 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your AH999 account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. AH999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your AH999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude AH999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your AH999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.2 Suspension by AH999. AH999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
